Responsibilities

Support the Private Credit Surveillance Manager in implementing a new portfolio management SaaS platform
Collaborate with our legal and business analyst teams to locate pertinent documents
Read and interpret legal documents to extract covenant and reporting requirements
Perform spreadsheeting activities with the assistance of an ADI (Automated Data Ingestion) tool
Perform ongoing portfolio monitoring functions; some credit analysis is necessary
Assist with developing automated dashboards and reports that highlight key performance indicators, covenant tracking, and early-warning signals

Required

Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment operations, credit analysis, portfolio monitoring, or related role
Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment, works well in cross-functional teams
Moderate to strong MS Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience with financial statement spreading and credit analysis
Able to investigate complex issues, make connections, and uncover insights
Familiarity with credit rating methodologies
Experience using workflow and surveillance software a plus but not required
