Responsibilities

Own paid search + paid social strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting
Manage our performance marketing agency to ensure top-tier productivity and ROI
Oversee multi-million-dollar budgets with precision, balancing volume, quality, and efficiency
Run continuous experimentation across targeting, bidding, creative, and landing experiences
Collaborate closely with Demand Gen/Lifecycle to ensure paid media aligns with segment priorities, nurture programs, and expansion motions
Own Tekmetric.com as a revenue-driving product, built for conversion, clarity, and discoverability
Build and execute a search-forward growth roadmap across SEO fundamentals, content structure, technical SEO, and search-friendly UX
Optimize the website for AI-driven search environments
Leverage testing, personalization, and CRO tools to increase conversion rates
Partner deeply with Brand, Product Marketing, Product, and Demand Gen/Lifecycle to ensure the website reflects unified messaging, positioning, and product narratives
Build dashboards and forecasting models to predict volume, quality, and cost efficiency
Partner with RevOps on attribution and funnel visibility
Monitor performance daily to spot trends early and make rapid, high-quality decisions
Work cross-functionally with Demand Gen/Lifecycle, Product Marketing, Brand, and Product to translate insights into coordinated action
Manage and mentor a small team across performance marketing and web
Build a culture of experimentation, AI adoption, curiosity, and operational excellence
Set clear priorities, workflows, and development paths as the inbound engine scales
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and GTM teams

Required

8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or demand generation in high-growth SaaS
Passion for scaling inbound growth engines in dynamic SaaS environments
Proven success managing multi-million-dollar paid media programs with pipeline outcomes
Experience owning and optimizing a website as a revenue-driving digital product
Deep knowledge of modern SEO across technical, content, and on-page optimization
Strong understanding of AI-driven search behavior and how to optimize for it
Experience building search strategies that improve visibility, rankings, and search-driven conversions
Expertise in experimentation frameworks, attribution, pipeline analytics, and funnel forecasting
Ability to build dashboards, interpret complex data, and translate insights into action
Experience managing and developing a small, high-performing team
Ability to prioritize ruthlessly, move fast, and operate with clarity in a scaling environment
