Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
MedCare Pediatric has been a trusted provider of pediatric therapy services for over 30 years. We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our ABA team and support the delivery of high-quality therapy to pediatric clients.

Responsibilities
Assist in conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Provide ongoing support to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans and ensure treatment fidelity
Monitor client progress and report updates to the supervising BCBA
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to promote holistic, child-centered care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Current Texas license as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (LaBA) and certification by the BACB as a BCaBA
Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills
Preferred
Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
