Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to support initiatives focused on improving marketing effectiveness and revenue growth
Gather business requirements and contextual inputs to design and deliver data-driven analyses and models that guide marketing strategy
Query and analyze large-scale datasets to perform exploratory data analysis and identify key drivers of performance
Build, evaluate, and interpret models related to experimentation, forecasting, attribution, optimization, and media mix modeling
Independently manage multiple analysis requests and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Communicate insights, experiment results, dashboards, and model outputs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Document queries, analyses, and requests to support repeatability and improvements to data infrastructure and analytical processes
Ensure analyses comply with data governance and policy constraints, clearly communicating limitations and approved use cases
Attend regular internal practice community meetings
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative discipline
4+ years of hands-on SQL experience, including querying and analyzing large datasets
Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis, modeling, and experimentation
Demonstrated experience deriving actionable business insights and recommendations from data
Proven ability to translate high-level business requirements into meaningful analyses, visualizations, and analytical tools
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
Experience working with large-scale data sources in enterprise environments

Preferred

MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field
5+ years of statistical experience, including attribution modeling, A/B testing, experimentation, or lift analysis
Marketing or SMB-focused analytics experience
Strong business acumen; background in business studies is a plus
Familiarity with data infrastructure concepts (helpful but not required)
