Responsibilities
Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate individuals
Filing and organizational duties
Data entry of daily timesheets
Coordinating deliveries/shipments with Base Camp logistics team
Enter Operating invoice into Accounting Program (Coupa)
Receive packages and email appropriate person of receipt
Open and distribute mail
Order office/shop supplies
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3 or more years of general office experience
Strong PC Skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
Detail oriented
Able to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
