Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping prioritize time, decisions, and initiatives while preparing for key meetings with board members, investors, partners, and executives

Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, translating company strategy into clear goals, milestones, and operating plans

Drive the operating cadence including OKRs, quarterly planning, and executive offsites while ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Operations

Build and maintain dashboards and metrics that inform leadership decisions, conducting ad-hoc analysis on strategic questions related to market, product, financial, and operational matters

Facilitate effective leadership meetings with clear agendas and follow-through, improving internal communication and information flow across the company

Own and execute special projects that don't neatly fit into one function, stepping in where the business needs leverage most at any given time

Required

4-6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as startup, consulting, banking, or venture capital

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused with comfort working directly with senior executives, board members, and external partners

High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential matters
