Responsibilities

Partner Portfolio Strategy: Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for channel and strategic partner offerings aligned to Inovalon’s product and growth objectives
Commercialization Leadership: Oversee partner-driven initiatives from concept through go-to-market, ensuring readiness across product, sales, and support functions
Market and Product Insight: Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify partner-driven product gaps, competitive opportunities, and emerging trends in payer, provider, pharmacy, and life sciences segments
Product Alignment: Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define joint product requirements, business cases, and value propositions for co-developed or co-marketed solutions
Financial Modeling & Business Planning: Build financial and market models to evaluate the ROI of partner initiatives and inform investment prioritization
Governance & Execution: Lead partner-related submissions through Inovalon’s portfolio governance process, ensuring business cases, charters, and readiness plans are complete and approved
Act as the central coordination point across Partnerships, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales, consolidating partner-driven product and development needs and ensuring they are executed through Product, Engineering, and Delivery
Actively track partner needs and market shifts by participating in key industry events and forums, while expanding our external presence through webinars, social channels, and thought-leadership content that strengthens Inovalon’s position in the ecosystem

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
12+ years of experience in healthcare technology, product management, strategic partnerships, or corporate development
Proven experience bringing partner-driven SaaS or data products to market
Strong understanding of revenue cycle management (RCM), payer/provider workflows, or health data interoperability
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across technical and commercial teams
Exceptional communication, relationship management, and executive presentation skills
Financial acumen, with the ability to build and interpret business cases and ROI models
Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced environment with executive visibility
