Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune (users, access, devices, SaaS integrations)
Maintain networks, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, and core infrastructure
Support Azure resource hygiene and ITSM-integrated monitoring
Lead IT projects and endpoint hardening initiatives
Implement security controls for SOC 2 / PCI (logging, backups, access, EDR)
Help deploy and operate a SIEM and support incident investigations
Own ITSM workflows and handle Tier 2/3 escalations
Qualification
Required
4+ years in IT operations / systems engineering (50–500 user environments)
Strong experience with M365, Entra, Intune, and Windows endpoint management
Solid networking knowledge and firewall administration
Practical security and logging/monitoring experience
Exposure to SOC 2 or similar frameworks
PowerShell scripting and automation skills
Preferred
Experience in regulated environments
PCI familiarity
SIEM tools
Linux
