They are seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to support active civil litigation matters from intake through resolution, working closely with attorneys to keep cases organized and prepared for litigation and trial.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and litigation correspondence using firm templates
Track and manage case deadlines, filings, and key litigation dates
Maintain organized case files and follow established litigation workflows
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed
Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and legal terminology
Preferred
Prior litigation paralegal experience preferred
Paralegal certification or relevant degree is a plus
