Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, schedule, and quality standards

Manage daily field operations and hold teams accountable for performance

Mentor and coach project team members to support their growth and success

Coordinate with trade partners, clients, and internal teams to keep projects on track

Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle

Required

5–8 years of field leadership experience in construction, managing projects from $5M to $25M

Proven ability to lead large crews and manage multiple stakeholders effectively

OSHA 30-hour certification and commitment to safety excellence
