The Library of Congress is seeking a Counsel for Policy and International Affairs to serve in the U.S. Copyright Office. The Attorney-Advisor (International) will provide legal guidance and support related to copyright issues and international affairs.

Qualification
Required
J.D. degree from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in good standing
Experience in copyright law and policy
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with international legal issues related to copyright
Preferred
Experience working with government agencies
Familiarity with legislative processes
Knowledge of international copyright treaties and agreements
