Delivery Account Manager

Responsibilities

Load and unload product into assigned vehicle in a safe, efficient, and organized manner, while maintaining a clean company vehicle
Responsible for understanding PRIDE’s capabilities and recognizing customer needs while aligning both to grow customer relationships
Record and adjust inventory levels using customer software and minimizing exposure to excess and obsolete inventory
Track and compile data and documents, provide follow-up, and obtains necessary information and documents from external sources
Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport customer products to designated locations
Follow established routes and schedules by delivering products to customer sites in a safe, timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot minor vending machine technical issues using guides to diagnose and fix issues
Prepare and process outbound orders physically and systematically for delivery
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned

Required

Three or more years of experience in operations, including manufacturing, customer service, materials management, logistics, planning or similar
Must have a satisfactory driving record
Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions and requests from customers, including written communication skills using appropriate business English
Demonstrated human relations skills to maintain effective working relationships with team
Basic mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Intermediate computer literacy including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and Apple devices including ability to communicate with phone, text and email
Basic troubleshooting ability
Demonstrated customer service, problem solving and common-sense skills
Flexibility of schedule changes and work durations
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
