ERM is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join our North America Recruiting team. In this hands-on role, you will play an integral part in identifying and hiring exceptional talent for our dynamic and growth-focused environmental consulting organization across North America.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to source/screen and engage top talent

Foster effective communication with a customer-centric mindset, including proactively providing timely updates and feedback to ensure a positive internal stakeholder and candidate experience

Provide weekly updates on strategic sourcing efforts

Personally, curate and run talent pipelines for critical, high visibility roles across the organization

Enhance our employer brand by attracting and recruiting a pool of top qualified and diverse candidates for Health & Safety and Capital Project Delivery roles amongst others

Bring a passion for connecting with people and building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers

Actively target, attract, and engage candidates for consulting roles in key service areas and client markets

Utilize creative sourcing channels, including social media, advanced internet research, and networking, to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ensure optimal candidate selection
