Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
Support daily sales goals and contribute to overall store performance
Maintain strong product knowledge to educate and engage customers
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Foster a positive, brand-aligned store environment
Support training and guidance of team members when needed
Qualification
Required
Proven retail sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for fashion and accessories, with a strong eye for detail
Availability on select weekends and holidays
Preferred
CRM and clienteling experience preferred
Prior keyholder or supervisory experience is a plus
