Business Development Representative (remote, US Based)

Responsibilities
Proactively contact potential clients to create new opportunities
Determine if prospects are a good match for our products
Engage with potential clients and keep the conversation going
Work closely with sales and marketing to develop outreach strategies
Arrange meetings and product demos for our sales executives
Maintain detailed records of all your interactions in our CRM
Provide regular updates on your activities and pipeline progress
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment at a high-growth company
Ability to uncover accounts' needs and effectively differentiate how the IriusRisk approach will meet them
Team player attitude and collaborative approach to selling
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development role
