Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a growing commercial solar company. The role involves leading rooftop solar construction projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and mentoring project teams while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver commercial rooftop solar construction projects (500 kW–25 MW)

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a portfolio-level mindset

Mentor and support Project Managers and Project Coordinators

Track and communicate project status, schedules, budgets, and risks

Partner closely with internal electrical and construction teams

Lead internal and external project meetings

Ensure compliance with safety, permitting, quality, and code requirements

Proactively identify and resolve project issues before they impact delivery

Required

5+ years of commercial solar project management experience

Hands-on rooftop solar experience on the commercial side (required)

Proven experience leading or overseeing project teams

Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, battery storage, and permitting

Working knowledge of electrical codes and building standards

OSHA 10 certification (required)

OSHA 30 (must be obtained within 30 days if not current)

Project Management certification (must be obtained within 18 months if not current)
