The Product Compliance Manager will lead the approval process for the Sports Wagering and iGaming Platform by identifying regulatory requirements, managing product submissions, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures.

Responsibilities

Work with VP – Product and Technical Compliance and Product Development Team to prepare State, Tribal and independent test lab regulatory submissions

Manage technical submission process through completion

Manage documentation required to support all regulatory submissions

Maintain process to ensure only approved software versions are deployed into each regulated market

Work with Product Development and QA Team to ensure software solutions conform to regulatory requirements

Assist with reporting and maintaining regulatory relations for Caesars

Evaluate testing procedures to meet regulatory specifications where applicable

Consult with the Legal Department, as necessary, to understand regulatory requirements

Stay informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes
