Sales Compensation Operations Analyst 1
Cypress HCM is seeking a Sales Compensation Operations Analyst 1 to support the end-to-end commissions payout process for Adobe sellers worldwide. This role involves assisting with commission calculation audits, responding to commission queries, and focusing on process improvements and analytics reporting.

Responsibilities
Ensure complete and accurate employee data and compensation plan detail across compensation systems
Assist in Ad-hoc analysis and track key performance metrics monthly
Ensure controls are performed for accurate payout of commissions
Collaborate with payroll to provide accurate and timely payments to field employees
Assist with timely and accurate resolution of commissions questions/disputes from field employees
Assist in the development, maintenance, and updates to systems, processes, and analytics reporting
Maintain compensation-related data models, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance and identify trends
Support audits, data validation, and ongoing process improvements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams on the configuration and testing of compensation systems and tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
2–3 years' experience in compensation, finance, sales operations, or another analytical role
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a detail-oriented approach
Must be highly proficient with Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, Anaplan, and SQL
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal and social skills required
Ability to create and maintain cross-functional relationships
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with compensation structures, or sales performance metrics a plus
