Required

Previous supervisory work experience in an outpatient medical setting

Ability to operationalize, solve problems, make decisions and develop systems and processes for successful integration and implementation

Plans, develops and organizes services and activities to support medical practices

Provides timely and appropriate resolution to patient, customer, physician, personnel, vendor and organizational concerns or complaints

Provides leadership and guidance to support daily operations

College degree in a related field and/or 3-5 years healthcare/management experience

Possess excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to plan, supervise, establish and maintain a professional work environment

Ability to identify problems and implement solutions for daily operations

Interpersonal and leadership skills necessary to supervise and delegate tasks to personnel

Technical and professional knowledge unique to the business and/or clinical operations of the designated services (Financial, Human Resource, Information Systems, Risk, Governance, Regulations, Planning and Marketing)

Must provide record of a completed diploma (or equivalent) or academic transcript for those areas performing complexity testing
