Responsibilities

Direct ticket office operations and manage ticketing system processes
Oversee the daily ticketing system operations, including building and maintaining system events
Oversee daily box office sales operations
Serve as on-duty manager for events, including on nights and weekends
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise ticket office staff to ensure consistently professional, excellent service
Create and update training documents and procedural guides
Collect ticketing data, analyze results, and make recommendations to senior managers

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in theatre management, hospitality, communications, business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong customer service experience and conflict resolution skills
Well-developed communication, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Cash handling experience and working knowledge of business office and accounting practices
Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours for events

Preferred

Experience leading a box office team
Working knowledge of ticketing systems and software
Experience supervising and scheduling student staff
