Responsibilities

Designing and implementing comprehensive employee engagement strategies that align with the organzation's goals

Collaborating with stakeholders to organize and execute Company events

Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting employee engagement data and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and the effectiveness of engagement initiatives

Ensuring engagement initiatives align with Company values, policies, and compliance requirements

Partnering with senior leadership and department heads to understand their needs and ensure alignment of engagement strategies with business objectives

Supporting onboarding, processing new starter documentation, and completing background checks as required

Facilitating workshops and training sessions to educate employees and managers on engagement best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Assisting in managing the budget for employee engagement initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources

Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times

Supporting HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle

Maintaining high delivery of service to employees

Coordinating with the global offices to ensure consistency

Working with the wider team to ensure legal and Company practices are completed

Required

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful employee engagement programs

Experience working through the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding

Proficient in data analytics to assess employee engagement and identify areas for improvement

Experience utilizing employee feedback and engagement surveys to develop strategies and initiatives

Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working to tight deadlines

Experience in leading workshops and training sessions to promote engagement strategies

Excellent time management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Ability to communicate professionally, sensitively and discreetly both verbally and in writing

Preferred

Proven experience of working in a fast-paced HR department

Experience in managing and supporting change management initiatives within an organization
