Responsibilities
Learning and processing all telephone provisioning in the IT services department
Responsible for all requests from the field for dealers and company owned entities (U-Haul centers, repair shops, MCOs, and the UHI-Towers)
Handling orders ranging from new phone number assignments, reprogramming of RCF/VoIP phone lines, moving phone lines, repair, and simple billing inquiries
Receiving work requests either through an automated feed into our Telesoft system by work orders, or by phone call, email, or system Ivanti tickets
Working on any assigned special projects and tasks by leadership
Qualification
Required

Good work ethic with the ability to learn quickly
Preferred
U-Haul team members
Experience with Excel, Word, internal applications and Microsoft office
Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone
