The Independent Channel Specialist will support agents in educating and enrolling eligible seniors into the PACE program while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist in onboarding and training agents on WelbeHealth’s PACE program, enrollment processes, and compliance guidelines

Serve as a point of contact for agents, addressing inquiries and providing timely support

Maintain and distribute agent materials, including marketing collateral, FAQs, and training guides

Track agent engagement, lead submissions, and enrollments, providing reports and insights to leadership

Support agent events, webinars, and meetings to enhance engagement and education

Ensure all broker activities align with CMS and state regulatory guidelines

Collaborate with the Marketing Outreach & Enrollment team to streamline broker processes and improve overall performance
