Responsibilities

Audit, deconstruct, and rebuild legacy data pipelines to create a single, reliable source of truth for revenue and pipeline reporting

Design and implement the data layers required to support future AI and machine learning initiatives for the sales organization

Write production-grade, expert-level SQL and build Python scripts for ETL and automation to bridge the gap between raw data engineering and strategic insights

Design business intelligence solutions that anticipate future scale, translating complex metrics into formats that enable teams to quickly derive relevant information

Partner with upstream data providers to establish new source pipelines and influence broader data best practices across the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data science

Experience in SQL, and writing, optimizing, and debugging queries across datasets

Experience with Python for data manipulation, scripting, or automation

Preferred

Experience designing and building data warehouses or datamarts from scratch (e.g., schema design, ETL orchestration, data modeling)

Experience navigating and fixing legacy data infrastructures or migrating from fragmented systems to a central warehouse

Experience in revenue, sales pipeline, or financial reporting

Experience applying machine learning (ML) or AI concepts to BI workflows

Experience with Salesforce data schemas and CRM analytics
