Operating motor graders and dozers for grading, excavation, leveling, and related tasks on construction sites
Perform routine equipment maintenance
Ensure that equipment is in safe working condition
Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines
Qualification
Required
Experience operating heavy equipment including motor graders and dozers with precision and safety
Expertise in grading, excavation, and leveling techniques, as well as knowledge of soil types and compaction processes
Ability to perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Valid driver's license and ability to comply with company and site-specific safety requirements
Preferred
Familiarity with site plans, grades, and construction layouts is a plus
Previous experience in the construction or industrial sector is preferred
