Employee Experience & Learning Specialist

Responsibilities
Design, build, and deliver high-impact orientation sessions to create a strong first impression of Millennium
Partner with hiring managers to create structured onboarding plans based on specific roles, departments, and experience levels
Collaborate with People Operations to ensure onboarding integrates seamlessly with HR policies and the overall employee experience
Provide new hires with the tools and learning paths necessary to accelerate confidence and time-to-productivity
Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and leaders to author and refine training modules, guides, and resources
Convert technical or functional expertise into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences
Ensure all materials reflect Millennium’s core values, role competencies, and organizational goals
Oversee the daily operations and administration of the LMS (Docebo)
Create and manage learning paths, training assignments, and user groups
Track and analyze participation, completion rates, and the overall effectiveness of training programs
Maintain the LMS as a user-friendly, trusted hub for development resources
Support the Employee Success Team in launching company-wide onboarding and training programs
Serve as a visible and approachable point of contact for employees and managers
Model core values to foster a fun, fast-paced, and people-first work environment
Regularly assess onboarding and learning initiatives to identify areas for growth
Implement enhancements aimed at boosting engagement, retention, and employee satisfaction
Stay current on best practices in onboarding, learning experience design, and employee engagement
Qualification
Required
Experience in designing and delivering onboarding and learning experiences
Ability to create structured, engaging orientation and onboarding programs
Strong collaboration skills to partner with hiring managers and People Operations
Experience in content design and development with subject matter experts
Ability to convert technical or functional expertise into clear, engaging content
Experience in managing a Learning Management System (LMS)
Ability to track and analyze training program participation and effectiveness
Strong communication skills to serve as a point of contact for employees and managers
Ability to model core values and foster a positive work environment
Experience in evaluating and optimizing onboarding and learning initiatives
Knowledge of industry trends in onboarding, learning experience design, and employee engagement
