Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate HVAC installation projects, including managing timelines, assigning tasks, and overseeing project progress
Liaise with HVAC technicians, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure that installation teams are properly equipped and informed about project requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding installation schedules, project updates, and any issues or concerns
Maintain accurate records of project details, including schedules, work orders, and customer communications. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible
Monitor the installation process to ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations
Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the installation process promptly and effectively
Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available and ready for each installation project
Prepare and provide regular reports on project status, including any delays, issues, and completed installations
Identify opportunities for improving installation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in typing and using a computer mouse for data entry and communication tasks
Ability to handle a headset or phone for extended periods
Good vision required for reading computer screens and documentation
Ability to hear clearly through a headset or phone to effectively communicate with customers
Adequate manual dexterity for handling phone equipment and performing data entry tasks
Preferred
An associate degree in business management, project management, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in HVAC, Solar, or Plumbing installation coordination or project management is highly desirable
Familiarity with HVAC systems and installation processes is a plus
Proficiency in using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
