Responsibilities
Serve as the senior on-site operational leader for one Primary Care Clinic
Oversee daily clinic operations across Adult Medicine, Family Medicine, Women Health, Pediatrics and more
Lead and supervise front desk, medical assistant, and support teams
Ensure strong patient access, smooth clinic flow, and high staff performance
Partner with clinical leadership to support provider productivity and patient experience
Maintain continuous readiness for HRSA, DOH, FTCA, and internal audits
Monitor operational and financial performance and take corrective action as needed
Address real-time issues decisively this role requires presence, judgment, and follow-through
Qualification
Required
Master's in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field
5+ years of healthcare operations or practice management experience
3+ years of people management experience in an ambulatory or FQHC setting
Experience leading high-volume, fast-paced primary care operations
Strong understanding of patient access, front-end workflows, and compliance
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action
Comfort holding teams accountable while building trust and morale
Preferred
Master's degree (MPA, MHA, MPH, MBA)
Prior FQHC or safety-net healthcare experience
Familiarity with NextGen EHR and workforce management systems
