Senior Account Executive
Storm3 is a HealthTech recruitment firm seeking a Senior Account Executive to redefine how employers and employees access high-quality healthcare. The role involves owning and closing new employer relationships, managing the sales cycle, and building strategic relationships with brokers and consultants.
Responsibilities
Own and close new employer relationships across the fully-insured and self-insured market
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution
Build and deepen strategic relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, and channel partners
Drive pipeline generation and accurately forecast revenue
Partner closely with marketing, product, and leadership to refine positioning and go-to-market strategy
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles with HR, finance, and executive leadership
Qualification
Required
A proven, quota-carrying sales professional with experience selling into: Employer benefits
Brokers and consultants
Strong understanding of the employer benefits landscape
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strategic thinker who is highly execution-oriented
Confident relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills
