Responsibilities
Executing procurement processes including negotiations with vendors across all spend levels, focusing on high-complexity IT goods and services contracts
Ensuring contracts align with strategic business needs and contract requirements
Working with senior leadership to coordinate all duties associated with the acquisition of hardware, software, telecom, or service needs for IT
Functioning as a Procurement advisor to provide input on business strategies, supplier selection, and technology and industry changes that may impact processes
Presenting recommendations and seeking approval, from a technical and financial vantage point to the CIO, CFO, and IT Business Leaders for medium to large deals in terms
Managing multiple active engagement deals concurrently, typically involving medium to higher dollar deals and complexity
