Responsibilities

Help develop and document work instructions

Monitor and audit warehouse processes to identify deviations from standard operating procedures

Document and report quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions

Participate in root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures

Collaborate with operations management to implement quality improvements

Maintain records of inspections, audits, and quality metrics

Support training initiatives to educate staff on quality standards and procedures

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

2+ years of experience in quality, preferably in a warehouse operation

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Skillful at project planning and aligning stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with ISO standards or other quality frameworks

Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies

Familiarity with document management systems and warehouse management systems

Certification in quality (e.g., ISO 9001 Auditor, CQIA, CQT) is a plus
