Responsibilities
Design & Strategy: Develop learning solutions using established blueprints and define evaluation and data collection strategies to measure success
Project Leadership: Maintain detailed project plans, drive content development, and manage the end-to-end build of learning solutions
Production Management: Oversee the production cycle to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output
Compliance: Submit and maintain all required documentation to meet strict industry and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience
Expertise in digital solutions, adult learning theory, and the link between design and assessment
Experience designing for major educational platforms (Self-study, Mobile, Microlearning/Nano-learning, Simulations, Job Aids, and Interactive PDFs)
Familiarity with digital production processes for video and animation
Knowledge of NASBA CPE requirements and compliance standards (Self-studies, Nano-learns, Hybrid learning)
Ability to build strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business leaders
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while optimizing resources
Comfort working in highly ambiguous environments with exceptional oral and written communication
Experience leading creative professionals, driving accountability, and providing guidance and coaching
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, Google platforms, and cloud-based tools
Demonstrated ability and experience in managing people
A client-service mindset with strong initiative and a willingness to learn
Work may be conducted in a virtual/remote environment
10–20% travel required
Preferred
Experience in a professional services firm or equivalent environment
