Responsibilities
Design and drive the implementation of next generation IT solutions in alignment with overall IT and Business strategic direction Work with IT and Business partners to gather and document business requirements and translate them to design solutions. (40%)
Oversee and address customer issues/tickets by performing root cause analysis and eliminate repeat problems. (40%)
Act as a consultant for new or existing technologies, processes or solutions that contributes toward the realization of domain strategies. Manage medium to large projects within the team and across multiple application domains. (20%)
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application
This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of overall work experience
Bachelor's Degree is required
3+ years of experience in Business (General) is preferred
5+ years of experience in Information Technology is preferred
Comprehensive understanding of SDLC, IT Governance and Security processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate trusting and productive relationships with business partners, colleagues and management
The ability to learn quickly and excellent time management and organization skills, and are capable of managing multiple competing priorities
Ability to collect data and establish facts and identify trends and variances
Ability to integrate information from a variety of sources with varied levels of complexity
Preferred
Master's Degree is preferred
