Responsibilities

In the Interest Rate Derivative Operations team, focusing on the confirmations and documentation areas
Involves ensuring timely and accurate confirmation of trade economics with clients and internal stakeholders
Will play the key part in managing operational risk and supporting internal requirements
Follow up with clients to obtain confirmations
Review internal reports and monitor outstanding items to ensure timely resolution
Partner with trading, sales, and other internal stakeholders to resolve breaks and discrepancies
Escalate aging or high-risk exceptions

Required

1+ years of experience in financial analysis
1+ year investments/trading/derivative or interest rate knowledge required
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player and ability to work as a team
Bachelor's Degree Required

Preferred

Familiarity with OTC derivatives and confirmation process is a plus
