We're hiring a healthcare industry-experienced Human Resources Manager / Generalist / Business Partner to help strengthen our core HR operations while supporting the organization through its next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

You'll work closely with leadership, clinical teams, and recruiting to support both daily HR operations and long-term organizational goals

You'll manage the core functions that keep our teams thriving: compliance, employee relations, onboarding and orientation, benefits administration, credentialing, and offboarding

You'll also play a key role in recruitment and culture-building as we scale

Advising managers and directors on policies, employment law, and best practices

Leading onboarding and retention initiatives to support a strong, people-first culture

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HIPAA, ADA, FMLA, and Washington State labor laws

Collaborating cross-functionally to solve problems and build scalable systems

Contributing to recruitment and selection for clinical and administrative roles
