Responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison between the marketing team and Workforce Go
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with brand leaders
Understand Workforce Go's business goals, marketing objectives, and brand guidelines
Provide regular updates on project status and performance metrics
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, sponsored events and campaigns
Develop detailed project plans in Jira, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization
Collaborate with Workforce Go leaders to identify needs and propose innovative marketing solutions
Work with internal teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies
Present creative concepts, campaign plans, and performance reports to Workforce Go
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies
Manage the Content Writer and Marketing Specialist assigned to Workforce Go
Coordinate with creative, event, Salesforce Administrative teams to deliver high-quality work
Act as a problem solver, addressing any roadblocks during project execution
Prepare and manage budgets for projects and campaigns
Ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment collection
Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field Required
10+ Years of Proven Experience in Marketing, including developing and executing marketing strategies
5+ Years of Experience in a Leadership Role, managing a marketing team and working closely with senior leadership
Proven Experience in Customer and Market Research, with a strong track record of developing insights-driven marketing strategies
Deep understanding of all aspects of marketing strategy development, execution, and evaluation, including digital, content, social media, and traditional marketing
Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in leading and developing marketing teams to achieve business objectives
Ability to provide strategic direction while also managing day-to-day marketing operations
Ability to gather and analyze information to make data-driven marketing decisions
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with marketing automation software, CRM systems, and web-based programs
Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and external stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating initiative and independence

Preferred

A Master's Degree or MBA
Experience in a B2B Marketing Environment
