Responsibilities
Provide leadership, coordination, and supervision to all agency team members to assure quality delivery of patient care, promote positive patient outcomes and decision support
Provide planning, directing and evaluating operations
Assure orientation of all staff in-services and education programs
Develop and implement the agency’s budget and financial and statistical reports to meet company fiscal parameters
Ensure compliance with all applicable state, Medicare, Medi-Cal, federal and local regulations
Provides for employment, supervision, evaluation and termination of qualified personnel
Qualification
Required
Three years of home health and/or supervisory/administrative experience
Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills necessary
Preferred
RN license preferred
