Responsibilities
Maintaining performance of all industrial maintenance and repairs at the property, as assigned
Completing work orders efficiently and courteously
Inspecting the building regularly, including roofs and common areas
Ensuring that job assignments and work orders are carried out promptly, efficiently, courteously, and in accordance with established procedures
Maintaining shop areas and storage in a clean, orderly, safe, and secure fashion
Qualification
Required
Industrial maintenance experience is required (a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance is required OR industrial maintenance education only would be considered at an associate level)
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skill to work with minimal supervision within established procedures
Knowledge of industrial control wiring systems
Repairs and maintains (in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications) machinery and mechanical equipment, such as production machines, conveyor systems, and equipment
Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance with exposure to machinery, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
The ability to read, understand, and comprehend written or oral instruction, technical data, blueprints, etc., and the ability to communicate effectively with others
Strong computer literacy, able to navigate browsers and research repair procedures, use web based systems for time and work management and recordkeeping
Ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift, boom lift, and obtain annual certifications
Preferred
Sick camera and imaging systems experience
VFD programming and troubleshooting
PLC/Ladder logic experience in warehouse sortation environment
Apprentice or higher electrical experience
