Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Demonstrates sound judgement and effectively resolves problems
Responds to calls/and or messages in a friendly and helpful manner and directs calls in an efficiently and timely
Able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
Performs administrative and spreadsheet tasks for tracking purposes via Excel
General office functions including (filing, copying, sorting mail, calculations, etc.) as requested by supervisor
Able to assist executives in administrative functions
Applies critical thinking to make informed decisions and solve complex issues
Ability to work in a team environment
Qualification
Required
A minimum of an Associate's Degree in a related field or two (2) years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
A minimum of two (2) years' experience as an executive or administrative assistant supporting a member of the executive leadership team
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite products, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Ability to work in a team environment

Comply with corporate compliance program
Follow established safety regulations, to include fire protection & prevention, smoking regulations, infection control, etc
Follow established safety procedures when performing tasks and/or working with equipment
Perform other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field highly preferred
