Expected to direct potential clients to the firm’s website and other company resources for information

Must be competitive in focusing on acquiring new customers and retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers to meet firm expectations and help your team win!

You will be trained on how to use the firm’s CRM and will need to document your conversations for successful follow-ups

The conversation volume could be as high as 10 and 14 new callers per day
