This role helps create a positive first learning experience for children ages 3.5–5 by leading activities, preparing lessons, and fostering a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
Develop and prepare engaging curriculum and lesson plans for Preschool Pals programming
Lead and supervise program participants in classroom activities
Assist with promoting classes, including preparing content for Town Talk and other marketing materials as requested
Help create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants
Maintain program materials and assist with classroom setup and cleanup
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Two years of experience in instruction, childcare, or customer service
First Aid/CPR/AED certification, or the ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
Valid driver's license
