Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test cases
Enhance test automation for Salesforce Service Cloud and backend systems
Participate in all Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Create and share test plans and test strategies
Plan and execute end-to-end testing scenarios across multiple applications
Validate integrations using tools such as Postman
Track, manage, and report defects to meet targeted release dates
Support UAT testing and business signoff activities
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business users
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of overall QA/testing experience
1–3 years of hands-on test automation experience (front-end focus)
Strong knowledge of: Automation & Manual Testing, Agile/Scrum QA practices, Typescript, Postman, Jira and JSON & YML
Experience testing APIs and integrations
Ability to write clear test documentation and strategies
