Customer Care Representative

They are seeking a Customer Care Representative to deliver exceptional service to clients, acting as a liaison among various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Customer Communication: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or CRM system regarding products, orders, project timelines, and aftercare
Issue Resolution : Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Ensure follow-up and resolution
Documentation & Records : Maintain accurate records of communications, installation dates, service calls, and warranty status in the customer database
Post-Installation Support: Follow up with clients after installation to ensure satisfaction and provide guidance on maintenance or support needs
Customer Feedback: Evaluate customer satisfaction using post project surveys. Make recommendations on improvements for future experiences
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, design, and installation teams to provide a seamless customer experience
Customer Relationships: Collaborate with Direct Sales Representatives to build and maintain rapport with customers after project completion
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3 or more years of customer service experience
High School Diploma/GED required; advanced education preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize projects and independently manage workload
A supportive team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred
Understanding of construction is a plus
