Responsibilities
Scope: Integrating Rockwell and Siemens-based AGVs with Rockwell production line PLCs
Duration: Mid-January through April
Schedule: M–F, 50 hours/week (Saturdays as needed)
Equipment Safety Validation
Verify hardware labeling (per EPLAN drawing packages)
Happy Path Commissioning (end‐to‐end functional flow)
HMI Functionality
Alarming
Fault Injection & Troubleshooting AGVs (Recovery sequences)
Interlocking
Prod/Cons with AGV
Prod/Cons with Line PLCs
Validate AGV Config (paths, parameters)
Validate Comms & Fleet Manager Setup
Commissioner App Checklists
Safety Buy‐offs
Redlining EPLAN packages for On‐Site Install
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with integrating AGVs
Experience with Rockwell and Siemens-based AGVs
