They are seeking a dynamic Recruiting Assistant to support recruitment efforts, focusing on sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and facilitating interview calls for their Beverage Sales Representative positions.

Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates: Use various platforms to identify and attract potential candidates for Tequila Sales Representative positions
Resume Review: Screen and evaluate resumes to identify candidates that align with our job requirements with a field sales background
Facilitate Interviews: Schedule and conduct 10+ brief (15-20 minute) interview calls per day to assess candidate fit and interest
Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process - properly portraying the position we are hiring for and staying up to date on any and all extra incentive programs, customer specials, etc. to be able to convey to candidates during interview calls
Administrative Support: Assist with managing interview schedules and maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and onboarding
Qualification
Required
Charismatic Personality: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep track of various candidates and interviews
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail when reviewing resumes and coordinating interview schedules
Proactive Attitude: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently while being a team player
Availability: Must be available to work in office full-time, with a commitment to conducting 10+ interviews per day
