Responsibilities

Obtain an Authority to Operate (ATO) through the appropriate Navy Authorizing Official (AO)
Guide the ATO package through the RMF process
Manage the ATO package in eMASS
Manage the cybersecurity program for NAVAIR and advise the government on best cybersecurity practices
Oversee compliance and auditing, ensuring adherence to applicable industry standards, government regulations, and internal policies
Identify vulnerabilities, evaluate risks, and implement controls to reduce exposure
Up to 75% travel to the customer site at Pt. Mugu, CA

Required

Must be a U. S. Citizen with an active U.S. Dept of Defense Secret security clearance
High school diploma or equivalent
10+ years of RMF process experience
10+ years of experience building and maintaining ATO packages in eMASS
One of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, (C)ISSO, GCIH, GCIA, GCSA, GICSP, GSEC, GSLC, ISSMP, FITSP-M ~OR~ DAU DCWF 722 ISSM & NEC 741A Information System Security Manager Training
Ability to support up to 75% travel to the customer site at Pt. Mugu, CA

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
