Net2Source (N2S) is looking for a highly skilled Llama Engineer to design, optimize, and productionize AI/LLM solutions leveraging the Llama ecosystem. The engineer will work closely with CIO Org teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance GenAI capabilities that directly support Meta’s next-generation AI roadmap.

Responsibilities

Develop, fine-tune, and optimize Llama-based models for internal and product-facing use-cases
Build RAG pipelines, embeddings, retrieval layers (FAISS/HNSW), and inference services
Implement tokenization, quantization, pruning, and model distillation to improve performance and reduce latency
Create scalable microservices for LLM inference, evaluation, and monitoring
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety, privacy, governance, and data quality
Troubleshoot model behavior, improve prompt reliability, and drive continuous LLM performance improvements
Contribute to Meta’s Llama CoE, tooling, and best practices documentation

Required

4–8 years of experience in Machine Learning / NLP / LLM Engineering
Hands-on expertise with Llama, PyTorch, Transformers, and distributed training
Strong knowledge of vector databases, embedding models, and RAG patterns
Experience deploying LLM systems using Python, REST/gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes
Familiarity with Meta internal stack (e.g., Axon, FBLearner, FAISS, internal Llama frameworks) is a strong plus
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills
