Help Desk Support Specialist – 2nd Shift
Zing Recruiting is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to join their Enterprise Service Desk team. This Level 1 IT support role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to end users.

Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls, emails, and requests for technical support
Provide assistance with password resets, network access, and basic troubleshooting
Document, track, and monitor reported issues to ensure timely resolution
Identify and escalate recurring problems or trends
Follow established guidelines and procedures for Level 1 IT support
Qualification
Required
Customer Service Skills – Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with end users
Basic IT Troubleshooting – Familiarity with resolving common technical issues
Call Center Experience – Minimum of 6 months in a customer support or help desk environment
Preferred
Previous experience in an IT-focused call center environment
