Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurant partners through regular business reviews, performance analysis, and strategic planning
Identify opportunities to improve merchant outcomes through menu optimization, promotions, ads strategy, operational fixes, and customer experience improvements
Deliver insights using data dashboards and work with cross-functional teams to address issues affecting merchant performance
Drive adoption of new products, features, and marketing programs to help merchants reach their goals
Build strong, long-term relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and key decision makers to improve retention and satisfaction

Required

Minimum 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or operations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action

Preferred

Minimum 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or operations
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (tech, marketplace, or food delivery preferred)
Proven track record of managing a book of business and driving measurable revenue or performance results
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce), SQL, or data dashboards to extract insights and diagnose performance trends
Ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams (Ops, Support, Marketing, Product)
