Responsibilities

Create polished, high-impact design solutions for a wide range of projects, including presentations, research reports, one-sheets, newsletters, trade ads, social content, and sponsorship decks
Design creative assets for client hospitality, internal, and industry events—such as hero/key art, digital invitations, microsites (Splash/Ceros), environmental graphics, signage, presentation materials, and branded premiums
Translate dense or complex content into clear, visually engaging layouts with strong information design
Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery
Maintain organized file structures, track revisions, back up files, route materials for proofreading, and secure internal approvals
Prepare and deliver final files to vendors for digital and print production

Required

Deep, hands-on experience creating PowerPoint presentations as a primary function of the role
Ability to build and manage templates, apply advanced settings, and design cohesive, editorial-style layouts
Proven ability to solve for content-heavy slides while maintaining clarity and visual impact
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Ability to create supporting graphics for presentations and design event collateral for both digital and print
